Zizi Lambrino

"Zizi" Lambrino (born 1898, died 1953) née Joanna Marie Valentina Lambrino.

Born at 3 October 1896 in Roman, Romania. Daughter of Coronel Constantin Lambrino and Euphrosine Alcaz.

She married in Odessa, Ukraine, 31 August 1918, with Carol II Hohenzollern of Romania, son of the King Ferdiand I of Romania , in contravention of royal law. They had one son, Mircea Gregor Carol Lambrino (born in 1920), who was named in memory of Prince Mircea of Romania(1913-1916), Carol`s youngest brother, who had died four years previously. The marriage was annulled by royal decree in 1919.

She died in Paris, France, 11 March 1953.
