Budder is a concentrated form of THC, the main psychoactive chemical in cannabis. As of August, 2004, Budder is only available at Da Kine Smoke and Beverage Shop, a Vancouver-based Amsterdam-style cannabis cafe.
Comparison with Other Cannabis-Related Drugs

Effects
The effects of budder are both fast-acting and long-lasting. Initially, the user will experience a sharp increase in body temperature and heart rate. The user will then enter intoxicated state for several hours, which can include, but is not limited to:
Major effects subside after 3 or 4 hours, depending on dosage and THC tolerance of the user. Some effects can still be felt after 8 hours, and in some cases users can feel "burned out" the next day.
