Federation of South Arabia

The Federation of South Arabia was an organization of colonies under British rule. It originally comprised the ten states of the Federation of Arab Emirates of the South when South Arabia was organized in 1962, but added six more states before gaining independence as the People's Republic of South Yemen on 30 November 1967.
