Force Ouvrière

The Confédération Générale du Travail - Force Ouvrière (CGT-FO or "General Confederation of Work - Workers' Force"), generally known as Force Ouvrière (FO), is one of the five great French confederations of trade unions.

It was founded in 1948 by formers members of the CGT who denounced the dominance of the French Communist Party over that union.
