GNAT Programming System


GPS is a free multi-language IDE for GNU/Linux, MS Windows and Solaris Sparc. GPS uses GTK+ as graphical user interface. GPS is released by AdaCore under the GNAT Modified General Public License.

GPS does not include a compiler; instead, it uses the GNU Compiler Collection to produce executable code.

The current version, 2.1, supports programming languages such as Ada, C, C++ and Python.
