In particle physics, a gaugino is the hypothetical superpartner of a gauge boson, as predicted by gauge theory combined with supersymmetry. The gluino, wino, and bino are gauginos. The photino and zino are linear combinations of gauginos and higgsinos (superpartners of the Higgs boson).
