Herbert Coleridge

Herbert Coleridge (born 1830, died April 23, 1861) was a grandson of Samuel Taylor Coleridge. A genius, learned in many fields, he was the first person chosen by the Philogical Society to edit what ultimately became the Oxford English Dictionary. But he died of tuberculosis soon after the project started.
