Jim Cummings (born 1953) is a prolific American voice actor. Among many other roles he provided the voice of Winnie the Pooh in The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (and pretty much everything since), Taz in Taz-mania, Darkwing Duck in Darkwing Duck, Bonkers D. Bobcat in Raw Toonage and Bonkers, Ed the hyena in The Lion King, Cat in CatDog, half the regular characters in Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Doctor Robotnik in Sonic the Hedgehog, as well as The Dakota Dude in Wild West Cowboys of Moo Mesa.
