• Zog I (1928-1939)
  • Styled Mbret i Shqiptarëve (King of the Albanians)
• Vittorio Emanuele III of Italy (1939-1943)
  • Styled Mbret i Shqipërisë (King of Albania)

Since 1961, Leka Zogu, the son of Zog I, has claimed the title Leka I, King of the Albanians. However, Albania is now a republic and rejected a return to monarchy in a 1997 referendum.
