Marathon Ashland Petroleum is a US based petroleum corporation. It resulted from a merger of Ashland Oil and Marathon . Its corporate headquarters are in Houston, Texas.
Subsidiaries include the Speedway SuperAmerica chain of gas stations.
As of 2005, Clarence P. Cazalot Jr. is the current President and CEO of the company.
