National Taiwan Normal University is a large university in downtown Taipei.
It is the Center for Chinese Language and Cultural Studies and is one of the oldest and most renowned Chinese language schools in Taiwan. In fact the university includes a Mandarin training center which is the most famous and prestigious one in Taiwan.
