Neuilly-sur-Seine is a commune in the Hauts-de-Seine département in France. Population (1999): 60,364.

Neuilly is an expensive suburb of Paris; it comprises mostly select residential neighbourhoods and also hosts the headquarters of many corporations. It is often lumped together with some areas of the neighbouring 16th arrondissement of Paris as Auteuil-Neuilly-Passy, a compendium of "exceedingly bourgeois" neighbourhoods.
