Poyle was a village in, and is now a suburb of, the unitary authority of Slough in Berkshire, England.

It was historically in Middlesex, and was transferred to the control of Surrey in 1965. In 1995 it became, along with Colnbrook from Buckinghamshire, part of the Colnbrook and Poyle parish of Berkshire.
