Quinsigamond Community College ("QCC", "Quinsig") is a public, 2-year academic institution located in Worcester, Massachusetts. Primarily a commuter school, the college currently has an enrollment of 7,000 students in its Associate's degree and its certification programs. However a number of students are enrolled in trasnfer programs with the intent of continuing on to a four-year college or university, often UMass.
Founded in 1963, QCC currently occupies the Greendale campus formerly owned by Assumption College. The College also maintains a satellite campus in the Worcester Common Outlets, in downtown Worcester.
