Randy Neugebauer

Randy Neugebauer (born December 24, 1949) is a politician from the state of Texas, currently representing the state's 19th Congressional district (map). He was sworn in on June 5, 2003 and serves on the House Committees on Agriculture, and Financial Services. He is a member of the Republican Party.

Neugebauer was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He graduated from Coronado High School and later from Texas Tech University in 1972 with a BBA in accounting. Neugebauer was a Lubbock city councilman in 1992 and served as Mayor Pro Tempore from 1994 to 1996. Congressman Neugebauer is married and has two sons.
