Thermal analysis

Thermal analysis is a branch of materials science where the properties of materials are studied as they change with temperature. Hence the often synonymous term differential thermal analysis.

Techniques include:

• Dynamic mechanical analysis
• Thermomechanical analysis
• Thermogravimetric analysis
