Evgeny Marchuk (born 28 January) was appointed acting prime minister of Ukraine on March 1, 1995 and confirmed on June 8, 1995.

He resigned on May 27, 1996, after being elected to the Supreme Rada. He was secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
