Yuvraj Singh (born December 12, 1981) is a cricketer from India. He is a member of the Indian cricket team since 2000. He was born at Chandigarh. He made his one-day international debut against Kenya at Nairobi and Test debut against New Zealand at Mohali.
Yuvraj is primarily a left-handed batsman but can bowl part-time left-arm spin. He can demolish pace bowling but his aggressive style of batting is often a cause of his demise against spin bowling. He is seen as part of the new brigade of young cricketers who can form the nucleus of the Indian team in the future.
